Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Your Obscura subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use our intelligence briefings. This policy outlines what you can and cannot do with our content and platform.

What You Can Do

Read and reference briefings for your own personal business research and decision-making. Take notes and create your own summaries based on our research. Use contact information provided in briefings to reach out to relevant parties for your own business purposes. Share the existence of Obscura with others (but not the content of briefings). Print briefings for your own personal reference.

What You Cannot Do

Share, forward, copy, or redistribute any briefing content — in whole or in part — to any person who does not have their own active Obscura subscription. This includes sharing via email, messaging apps, social media, forums, file sharing services, or any other method. Each subscription is for one individual user only.

No Reselling or Republishing

You may not resell, republish, repackage, or create derivative works from our briefing content. This includes incorporating our research into reports, newsletters, blog posts, courses, or consulting deliverables that you sell or distribute to others without written permission from Obscura.

Account Sharing Prohibited

Your Obscura account is for your use only. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited. We monitor for unusual access patterns (multiple simultaneous sessions, geographic anomalies) and reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be shared.

Content Watermarking

All briefing content includes invisible digital watermarks tied to your subscriber account. If briefing content appears outside the Obscura platform, these watermarks allow us to identify the source account. Subscribers found to be distributing content will have their accounts terminated without refund.

Automated Access Prohibited

You may not use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or any programmatic method to access, download, or extract content from the Obscura platform. All access must be through normal browser-based interaction by a human user.

Enterprise and Team Use

If you wish to share Obscura briefings within your organization or team, you must contact us for Enterprise pricing. Companies with revenue exceeding $10 million annually are required to use an Enterprise plan. Individual subscriptions are not licensed for organizational use.

Responsible Use of Contact Information

Contact information provided in briefings is for legitimate business outreach only. You may not use contact information for spam, bulk email campaigns, harassment, or any purpose unrelated to the business opportunity described in the briefing. You may not compile contact information from multiple briefings into a database for sale or distribution.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund. In cases of commercial redistribution or systematic sharing, Obscura reserves the right to pursue legal remedies including damages and injunctive relief.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of Obscura content being shared outside the platform, please report it to theobscuraspace@gmail.com. We take content protection seriously and appreciate your help in maintaining the value of your subscription.
